2.3. Administrator – owners and operators of the website, psychologists conducting activities at Stacja Terapia center, i.e., Martina Gac-Chojnowska, Michelle Ziober, Maciek Hajduk.
3.1. The website allows Users to familiarize themselves with the center's offer, book appointments, and contact individual psychologists.
3.2. Services provided by each psychologist comply with applicable laws and professional ethics standards for psychologists.
4.1. Users can book appointments through the form available on the website by selecting the appropriate psychologist.
4.2. Appointment confirmation is provided via email or phone.
4.3. Each psychologist reserves the right to refuse appointment booking in case of unavailable slots or other justified reasons.
5.1. Information about service prices and payment methods is available on the website in the section concerning individual psychologists.
5.2. Payments for services can be made in cash, by credit card, or by bank transfer to the respective psychologist's account.
6.1. The User is obligated to use the website in accordance with the law and provisions of these terms and conditions.
6.2. The User is obligated to provide true and current data when booking appointments and contacting the Administrator.
6.3. The User has the right to access their personal data and modify it in accordance with the privacy policy.
